In February 2020 I had an $11k month. My lowest in years. So naturally, I turned up the dial and by September was having $100k (consistent) cash months.
Mid 2023 it became clear it was time to burn it all to the ground. I was back to no reoccurring revenue, months dropping lower and lower. I turned up the dial, sold out my mastermind and entered the year with $40k/m MRR and over $300k for the year contracted.
Then for funsies I sold 3 1:1 clients totaling $100k (paid in full) within 2 weeks. The secret? I did the same THINGS I always do but the dial was turned UP.
And now? I’m doing it again.
